KFCの創業者のカーネルサンダース人形です。KFCが日本でオープンした当初、多くの人が、床屋と間違えて中に入ったそうです。カーネルおじさんの人形を置いた後は、誰も間違えなくなったそうですよ（笑）
This is Colonel Harland Sanders, the man who founded Kentucky Fried Chicken. When KFC first opened in Japan, many people thought that the store was a hair salon, then, every KFC in Japan has his statue in front of the store, so no one is mistaken.
People thought it's a hair salon...LOL I know that your hair salons have those red&white or blue&red turning cylinders standing in front of the entrance. The logos were confusing for some of them. :-)
